Om Prep kit provides five to nine servings of plant based foods per day. With it you can easily create three to four days of 100% plant based meals and be 80% raw. Featuring a variety of the freshest fruit and vegetables from the Hollywood and Santa Monica farmers markets all cleaned and chopped, most will remain raw and some par-cooked, whole grains are steamed, beans are slow cooked. A variety of herbs, nuts and seed, whole grain breads and wraps are also included in each four day kit. Please let us know about allergies and items you do not want in you kit or if you would prefer a double of an item. All veggies are available raw..
