 Om Cooking a La Carte

These are full size dishes and are two or four servings unless otherwise noted.

Menu is seasonal and is updated biweekly with one or two ethnic cuisines highlighted each week. Menu is predominately (V) vegan with a few (VG) vegetarian dishes and one or two (CRN) carnivore entrees each week.

Chemo Care dishes are designed for those receiving or recovering from Chemotherapy and/or Radiation treatments and the accompanying side effects. (CC)Chemo Care dishes are extra nutrient dense with a special focus on immune system enhancement. Many dishes are now available (FF) flash frozen for additional convenience. 

New menu is posted on Saturdays and Tuesdays before noon with occasional minor changes after the Farmers markets on Sunday at 10AM and Wednesday at 10AM

Tuesday AM Delivery – Orders must be placed by Saturday at 9PM
Thursday AM Delivery – Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 9PM

Ingredients used in all Om cooking are local/organic and chosen based on nutrient density and health benefits- these are natures super foods. Om cooking avoids salt and sweeteners. Om comfort foods are Enlightened versions of American classics
