No assembly required Om made dishes are the ultimate, fresh, organic and healthy convenience. The multi serving, each dish is two to four, all from scratch dishes listed here are customized to your specific tastes. Ayurvedic, Macrobiotic, Taoist, Mediterranean and classic California cuisine elements within Om cuisine can be easily tailored to your dietary needs. Menu reflects Om’s most popular dishes and is seasonal with two or three international cuisines highlighted each month and new dishes added every few weeks.

Plant based meals need only be one or two dishes with one having high plant protein such as beans, peas, nuts or seeds. Dishes are designed to be mixed and matched. Many Om dishes are carnivore friendly and work well with the addition of poultry, meat or seafood for transitioning carnivores. Om cuisine is available gluten free and nut free. Menu is predominately vegan and vegetarian in addition to (R) raw. All dishes available vegetarian (with eggs and dairy) or vegan (animal product free). A La Carte dishes are available as 16oz or 32 oz
Om Neutropenic, Chemo Friendly Cuisine
Look for the ‘CC’ on the a La Carte menu for dishes especially suited to flash freezing. All Om cooked dishes are available packaged in glass single serving containers and flash frozen for ultimate convenience. Due to the number of different drugs involved in chemotherapy treatments and their potential interactions with nutrient dense foods, a list of your specific medication/treatments will be requested and your Om cuisine will be customized accordingly.
