Power Granola

How do you Empower Granola?

1. Liberate the healthy elements from the unhealthy. Remove all refined sugars, processed cereals, excess salt, unhealthy fats, trans fats, excess grain, and remove common cinnamon, the potentially problematic Cassia cinnamon.

2. Replace bad fats and processed sugar with healthy fats like coconut oil and avocado, and low glycemic coconut sugar and natural sweetness of power fruits.  Add whole plant protein in the form of nuts and seeds, add nutrient dense and enzyme rich sprouted seeds and cholesterol blasting oats and flax seed. Capitalize on natures super powers with a liberal use of antioxidant rich and flavor packed fresh, whole herbs and potent spices like brain boosting turmeric, magical saffron and true Ceylon cinnamon. Add super fruits like blueberries, pomegranate, cherry and apple.

1.Remove all refined sugar / flour, high fructose corn syrup,  BHA/BHT/TBHQ, hydrogenated oils, HFCS, artificial flavoring/color, and GMO ingredients.
